The Blitzen Benz – the fastest vehicle in its time in the world – was built by Benz & Cie in Mannheim, Germany, in 1909. 8 November 1909 – first automobile to break the 200-km/h mark. Blitzen-Benz was faster than planes and trains of the day and became the symbol of sporting success all over the world.

This is TYPOART's tribute to Ettore Arco Isidoro Bugatti, Italian-born French automobile designer and manufacturer, elder son of Carlo Bugatti. Ettore Bugatti was born into an artistic family – his father, brother, aunt, grandfather were great artists. To a Bugatti owner who complained that his car was difficult to start on cold mornings, Ettore Bugatti is said to have retorted, "Sir! If you can afford a Type 35, you can surely afford a heated garage!” :)
